Unveil Your Inner Grace: Splits & Movement Mastery Class

This month we are heading to the studio for an in-person class, we're embarking on a transformative journey towards achieving the full splits, or Hanumanasana - a pose that encapsulates the essence of the Monkey Pose. Our unique approach to each yoga pose is designed to unlock the astonishing potential of our bodies, and this month, it's all about diving deep into the capabilities of our hips, hamstrings, and pelvic floor.

Why the Full Splits?

The quest for the full splits is more than just a challenge; it's an opportunity to deeply mobilize and balance the muscles that are crucial for our overall well-being. Issues like low back pain, poor posture, glute discomfort, and neck tightness can often be traced back to tight or weak hip flexors and pelvic floor muscles. But fear not! Our focus will be on achieving that perfect equilibrium of strength and flexibility. And let's not forget the hamstrings - these key muscles, when supple, can significantly alleviate troubles in the knees, back, feet, and improve your posture, ushering in a wave of positive changes to your body.

What to Expect:

🌿 Full Splits Focus: A comprehensive exploration of strength and stability.

🌿 In-Person Class Culmination: For members who have been working at this all month, we will be bringing together a month’s worth of practice into a climax, complete with hands-on guidance for using the pilates bar effectively.

🌿 Pack Your Bag: Remember to pack up your pilates bar bag for class. Don’t have a bar? No problem. We have other props you can use at the studio to replace the bar or you can grab your own pilates bar here.

🌿 Extended Meditation (Optional): For those seeking to deepen their journey, an extended meditation session will follow the class. This is your chance to explore a state of profound relaxation and serenity.

Think Functional Movement and Strength Training Meets Yoga

This workshop will focus on deep twists and an after holiday detox, alongside slow and thoughtful classes that will give you time to unwind and connect to your body after the food coma!

We will be using simple functional movements, resistance training and thoughtful breathing practices you will find your way back to the pre-turkey day you!

Do you feel you are sensitive intuitive but that you can’t communicate how you feel or what you see?

Do you feel something between you and the world doesn’t connect?

In this meditation we will connect to our guiding light so we can lead others to see and feel what we do and not the other way around.

We will tap into the bliss state so can do this without words but an emanation of who we are.

If you are craving a deeper connection to your faith, if you feel lost in the sea of things grabbing for your attention, or if you just want meaningful moments of stillness please join us for this healing meditation following our movement practice. 

We will take the sometimes tough, but always worth it road inward as we align the body then mind, creating a clearer path inward.

Welcome to the monthly Unshakable Self workshop!

If you are craving a deeper connection to you, if you feel lost in the sea of things grabbing for your attention, or if you just want meaningful moments of stillness please join us for this healing workshop. 

We will take the sometimes tough, but always worth it road inward as we align the body then mind, creating a clearer path inward. Together we will connect with the supremely quiet self as we move through the layers of who we think we are releasing stress, worry, doubt.  Leaving us open to a deeper understanding of how to move, breath and live.

  • We will begin with a Loving You Yoga gentle flow and some deep stretching,

  • Then we use the breath to calm the system

  • I will lead you through a divine savasana. 

  • This will be followed by a short teaching and a guided meditation.

🧘‍♀️ Mastering mindfulness for inner peace.⁠
