Sleep Remedy #1

Healing happens when we sleep. It’s a crucial time of the day. It’s also when our brain most replicates a meditative state.

Not sleeping well can be miserable!!! When I was younger I could sleep anytime anywhere. Things shifted A LOT as I got older and after the birth of my son. A time when I needed it most.

A while ago I hurt my back pretty badly. I put Young Living CBD oil on my #lowerbackpain before bed. I woke up 8 hours later !!!!! Yep a full 8 hours! I was fully rested and my lower back hadn’t cramped up. I, of course, thought it was a fluke. Six months later it’s still working.

In the coming weeks, I will be talking about the importance of sleep and some of my tried and true methods for sleep.
