Every experience, whether it be a yoga class, Satsang or meditation nurtures and deepens my practice further. It is rare that I walk away from a class without experiencing another nuanced layer of an asana pose or the quiet power of my breath and inward listening.

New In-Person Class

Move & Restore w/ Nika

This class allows you to carve out some time to check in and rejuvenate the body. This class is designed to bring balance to the body and activate the parasympathetic nervous system through gentle movement, restorative yoga poses, and aromatherapy using therapeutic grade oils from Young Living for an optimal experience. Incorporating gentle infrared heat, we will begin class by moving stagnant, unwanted energy through our bodies and then surrender to some delicious stretching and restorative poses curated to create a positive reset to our nervous system. The body will gradually heat itself to higher temperatures due to the nature of infrared heat which will allow the body to respond quickly to opening and releasing.

  • Clarity

    The herbaceous Clarity essential oil blend is what I use this one whenever I am writing. If I ever write that book this oil will be on the dedication page.

  • Acceptance

    Honestly, if I never learn true acceptance this oil will still be one of my all time favorites. It is a blend is so beautiful that I sometimes think I am in the middle of a spring day.

  • Grounding

    Grounding was formulated by D. Gary Young to accompany individuals on challenging emotional journeys. It truly helped me move through a lot.

Paula offers yoga, meditation and counseling as a way to facilitate structure, guidance and a more conscious lifestyle. 

Her classes are a candid blend of artful alignment with cues targeted to help you gain a deeper understanding of your body and how it moves. The focus in on alignment, healing and inner peace.

Paula Tursi, MS, ERYT is certified at the 500-hour level with the Yoga Alliance.  She has been named one of Well + Good's Top 5 Meditation Teachers, and she is a contributing author on the book Happy Gut with Dr. Vincent Pedre.
