Programs

Life Design

Most people don’t live the lives they want because they don’t believe they can.

Based on her own personal life and thirty years of teaching yoga experience, Paula has created Life Design. This program is a step-by-step system with roots in the ancient wisdom practices that will take you out of a life that is uninspired and stuck and reveal the blueprint of what your life was always meant to be.

In this course, Paula works together with her students to help them find their true voice and reveal their hidden nature. Each week, they take both spiritual and physical steps to create an alignment between inner purpose and outer actions.

Meditation

A journey of self discovery.

Paula has been teaching meditation internationally for over twenty years and she has been named one of Well + Good's Top 5 Meditation Teachers .

During her guided meditation sessions, participants learn to calm the mind, quiet the senses, and increase concentration. Practices include instruction in meditation, calming pranayama (breathing exercises) and concentration training.

Students of all spiritual backgrounds are welcome. No experience necessary.

Yoga & Movement

Understanding the foundation of movement allows for a safe, supportive practice.

Paula work focuses on the alignment of mind and body: understanding that we move not only from our muscles and joints, but also from the support of our inner body. While movement or asana can start from the inner or outer body, movement initiated from the inner body increases awareness and vitality.

Her teaching and insights are a fusion of anatomical and kinesiology studies with master teachers including Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Leslie Kaminoff and Richard Freeman. Paula’s yoga classes are great for beginners as well as seasoned students looking to practice in a way that promotes health and connection, not merely physical exercise.
